Credit card delivery fee

On 28/06/2017 FNB ordered a new credit card for me as ***** was detected on my previous one. I duly collected my card on 01/07/2017 withour any problems. A few days later I noticed a ZAR 250 delivery fee debited form my credit card.

Upon calling the bank to query this issue, they agreed that since the card was ordered before 01/07/2017, this should NOT have been debited form my account. The assistant organised to have this reversed.

To my shock, according to the new bank fee structure, FNB will now charge you ZAR 250 (a quarter of a thousand rands!!) to have your card delivered to your branch!!!!

HOW DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTIBLE IS THIS!! You collect your card at your branch and the bank charges you to do so.

As is the banks do not make enough money out of us they now penalize you for doing their work for them!!

FNB - Reverse this decision of yours to charge people exorbitant fees for nothing!!

Christian Giesen
********** (Alt: **********
+27 82 **********
