Credit Card Delivery

I just called *** regarding the delivery of my credit card and spoke with David Manganye. He seemed completely uninformed of the various options of applying for a card. When I app**** online for this card, I selected the Claremont Branch for delivery and received confirmation of this via sms, yet on his side he could only see that the delivery address is Randburg. The more I explain to him this was not what I selected, the more he says that is what he can see on his side. "his system".
