Credit Card Delivery 4 months overdue

I app**** for my credit card facility on 17 June 2016 at the FNB Bethlehem branch while we were visiting friends - This branch has unmatched quality of service, well done.

However I cannot say for the rest of FNB and the Credit Card Department. I was contacted the following week to get my card delivered to me. That whole week no one arrived with my card. Not in much of a hurry, I waited patiently. Weeks went past without any phone calls or notifications from FNB. About two weeks ago I logged a complaint on FNB's website regarding the fact that I still do not have my card, now almost 3 months later. 2 Days after the complaint was logged I was contacted by FNB to re-issue my credit card as the ordered one was "misplaced".

How do you misplace a client's credit card? They nontheless issued a new one, and I waited for a week with no notification or communication from FNB. It happens that I know urgently need the funds seeing that we are re-housing and cashflow is in a bit of a tight spot. After hearing nothing from the deliver/credit card department, I then contacted the credit card department (again) and I was told that they see the previous one was not delivered, and they need to issue a new one. Very angry, I asked Kirsten what on earth did they do then after the exact conversation I had a week prior?? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I spent 20 minutes on the phone previously, and NOTHING was done.

How long must I now wait for this to be re-issued AGAIN???

I want my credit card delivered to me where ever I am at the time, I will not waste another minute of my time with this, FNB!! You will deliver it in my hands in the middle of the Joburg CBD on the 8th floor where I am, I expect that card to be delivered withing 24 hours. I will take my business somewhere else is you fail to do so.
