Credit Card Delivery

I am deeply saddened by the poor communication regarding delivery of my new credit card. I contacted FNB noting that my card was expiring and I had not be notified for receiving a new one. I was assigned case number: CAS- ********** -W8H2D4 CRM: ********** ********** 7 on the 25th January. In this communication I was informed that the delivery would be prioritised. I received no further communication. After re-enquiring the lack of delivery I was informed the courier company had attempted to contact me for delivery, however the dates of contact given were 1 month PRIOR to my communication on lack of delivery.

Frankly this kind of service is completely unacceptable.

Could someone please explain to me why there is such an issue having my credit card delivered to me? I confirmed the delivery address over the phone on 3 separate occasions (as well as on email and on my banking profile) and yet the delivery attempt was still made at my home address (where i was unable to accept it) a day after i had been promised delivery. The level of incompetence around this is astounding.
