Credit Card Delivery

Due to the fact that we are currently working in Canada, we requested that our new credit cards be sent to our address in Canada. Note that our current credit cards expire the end of February 2016. We were informed on 7 January 2016 that it would take two weeks for it to be delivered here. On 28 January, I sent another email querying how it could be tracked, as we still had not received anything. No response received. On 15 February 2016, I sent an email to Premier Service, with all the trailing emails, requesting urgent assistance. We received an apology and were referred to Credit Card Complaints department who sent us an email two days ago acknowledging receipt of enquiry, and a promise to track and advise \soonest\". No further feedback received - I don't understand how a simply request can take so long to sort out? From our side, we started with this request well in advance, supplying all necessary details and allowing sufficient time to get our new cards before the expiry date. "
