Credit card delivery

I app**** for a credit card online on 20/04/15 and got approved. Received an sms notiifying me that Mr Delivery will be delivering the card. On the 23/04 called Mr delivery to confirm the time and date of delivery as I was going to be out of town as from the 24th. The consultant confirmed that the card will be sent on the 24th between 1 and 3pm, subsiquently I received 2 sms from mr delivery confirming the delivery with the reference number ***8. No card was delivered and I did not get any communication from mr delivey. I am out of town now as I have indicated to the consultant. How will I get my card?Please follow up as I app**** for this card at fnb and not mr delivery
