Credit Card Delays
I have been trying to downgrade my credit card for a month now and absolutely no joy, the person I am dealing with never calls me back or answers her phone and everytime I query the situation I get the same response back - I have escalated to the card division for the credit card downgrade quotation.I apologise for the inconvenience caused. <br> <br> I need my card sorted out asap as I am leaving soon and at this rate I might as well just go to another bank.
