Credit Card Delayed

I have been trying to access funds that I have transferred from my cheque to my credit account via my FNB Banking app. When trying to access these funds again, the FNB app stated that “one of these accounts do not allow this transaction” and I was informed by a FNB consultant that my credit card has expired and that I require a new card to allow me to access these funds again. I ordered a new FNB credit card on 25 August 2022. On 29 August 2022, I received an SMS from the FNB Takealot Delivery Team stating that I will receive a call to arrange delivery. I was never contacted by the team. On 1 September 2022 I called FNB to explain the situation and the consultant gave me the number of the couriers to contact and stated that my new card is currently “Inactive” according to the system, confirming that it hasn’t been cancelled. I was unable to get ahold of the couriers. The line stated that my “call is important and will be attended to shortly”. After multiple attempts over a course of a few days, I reached out to FNB again. Another FNB consultant told me that I was provided with the number of the wrong courier company by the FNB consultant I previously spoke to and provided me with the contact information of other couriers. This consultant then also transferred me to these “correct” couriers. After checking my ID on their system I was told by these couriers that I am not on their system and that I have been incorrectly referred to them. I was then provided with the correct contact details of the FNB Takealot Delivery team. When I reached out to the FNB Takealot Delivery team, I was initially told that my card has been canceled since their team could not get ahold me. When I assured them that I did not receive any calls or further messages and that according to the FNB Banking app and system my card has not been cancelled and is merely “Inactive”, I was informed that the card was actually damaged and sent back due to some unknown reason. On the 8th of September the FNB Takealot Delivery team assured me that my card will be delivered to me by September, 9th before 5pm. On the morning of the 9th I also received an SMS confirming that my card will be delivered before 5pm. Today, September, 13th I have still not received my card nor have I been contacted by the delivery team since our discussion on the 8th. I have therefore been unable to access funds in my account for 3 weeks. This experience of incompetence by FNB and their delivery team has been horrible to say the least. I am ashamed to be banking with FNB and will be forced to switch to a different bank very soon.
