CREDIT CARD DECLINED

The sad part about FNB is that you can be loyal to them for many years, but they will never assist you with any loan or credit card. I have tried many times to apply for a credit card, keep declining. I have a bond of 1.15m with fnb that i took in 2017, i have to date paid more that 597k extra in bond payments and will be finishing my bond in the next 3 years, i have business accounts with fnb, both my children account are with fnb. I was a private banker and left because of the same nonsense of not being recognized. The bank has not changed a bit. It's very sad. How can you suck thumb figures on the affordability amounts? i mean expenses of more than 13k per month, where did you get that figure from? Your slogan says "how can we help you" but you can't help with anything. mnximm.
