credit card debt review

kindly advice who to assist in this regards. I have a credit card debt in which i was not well aware of or be explained to me properly .i had a fusion account in which i lost a card then open a new card apon the Time to collect the card at fnb southgate a consultant reviewed my profile to find out that i have personal loans she then adviced me to open a credit card to avoid personal loans interest . in my understanding not fully explained or detailed or experienced the method i have been using a credit card not my fusion card where all my salaries and other transactions go thru .i then realised that im now on debt regarding the credot card in which j dont know how am i going to retain the funds to back to its level .
