Credit card debits still running after paid manually

Hi FNB,

I have complaining like this but you guys keep giving me reasons to complain. I have been telling you guys for two years now that my dad pays my credit card via EFT every single month yet you still debit my account as well on top of that. So now once again for two years running I have paid my credit card manually and it has been debited from my cheque account too. Please fix this and clear the funds, it is very annoying and I cannot pay my bills now! I am going to have to wait several days once again to access my funds. I am very, very upset that this is still happening.
