Credit card debit

I have been with FNB for a few years now. I have never had issues until a few days ago. I have a debit order for my credit card, last month it bounced and I cannot afford to have a double debit on my account. I arranged for a payment plan that I have to pay myself, i received an SMS saying the full amount is due at the end of the month. I called FNB and after going through so many channels one lady told me its an automatic SMS I will not get debited, while another lady told me the debit order is automatic. I asked her what is the point o FNB OFFERING a payment plan if they insist on still debiting the full amount. I was told to SMS FNB cards to cancel my debit order. I did and their response was that it is compulsory to have a debit order, they cannot cancel it. I phoned again and spoke to one of the supervisors in the credit card department. I explained my situation and he was very helpful. He explained that the debit order can be suspended but I will have to speak to collections. He transferred me and I requested to speak to the team leader within collections, I was told he was unavailable and I was transferred back to credit cards who then transferred me back to collections. I explained my situation by yet again an *********** call centre agent by the name of Clementine. She told me the manager I spoke to is lying it cannot be suspended, they will have to blacklist me as a bad payer and then can I only make a payment arrangement. I am so frustrated after going through so many departments just to receive NO HELP. I am at the point where I will transfer all my money into a different account when I get paid and put back into my account WHAT I AM ABLE TO AFFORD. Why agree to a payment plan if you refuse to cancel my debit order or at least change the amount? I am really disgusted in FNB and I will change banks if this is not resolved.
