Credit Card credit balance not transfered

I never believed you guys were such ***********. After two weeks of closing down my account and still to date my credit amount has not been transferred into my account after I have sent all the documents you guys have requested. This is the worst service I have ever received from a bank. Please don't ask me to send my details as I have sent that same information over and over again. You guys must just pay my money into my account. I've logged a complaint with reference number ***NF but to date the amount hasnt been paid into my account.
