Credit Card Collections Department

I contacted FNB collections department to make a payment arrangement on my credit card as I was unemployed for over 3 years and was not able to pay. I spoke with Lydia Ntsie on ********** to make an arrangement for a debit order to be taken from my account to start paying towards my debt. This lady informed me that the account was handed over to attorneys but not yet allocated to any attorney. I asked her to give me the details of the attorneys as I am not able to take calls during office hours and asked my wife to make the arrangement on my behalf. She insisted that the attorneys will contact me, although I did mention that I am not able to take calls this the reason I need to contact the attorneys myself in order to make the arrangement. I explained this to her and she kept saying she is not able to assist. So my conclusion is... FNB is prepared to summons me in court, although I received an sms from Lydia last week informing me to contact her to make an arrangement. They are not willing to make an arrangement with me but yet they send me legal sms and threatening sms to inform if I don't contact them they will summons me.... How does this work? They obviously don't want my money but they want to summons me in court?? This is ridiculous!!!!
