Credit card closed due to bank error

I have had my credit card blocked due to the collections department not taking the required amount from my account as per the schedule. The normal funds were taken and both the credit account and the account from which the funds were not overdue. I received a message saying the account is overdue then the account is frozen with R7000+ in it. I contacted the "Team of bankers" with no help at all. I have mailed them to rectify this with no response as of yet. Second Bad review
