Credit Card Close Off

I am frustrated as i am trying to close a credit card that i have paid off and no one seems to be willing to help me.I have asked a few times if this would impact their salary and i am not receiving an answer so i guess it does hence no one is agreeing to touch it. I have signed all the relevant forms and still its not closed. I am trying to apply for a mortgage and this will affect my affordability i will certainly not be taking a home loan with them.

The above issue is still not resolved after numerous calls to you.I now wish to close all accounts i have with FNB with immediate effect i am moving to another bank.
