Credit Card Claim

I was retrenched over a year ago. I have been trying to get my credit card insurance claim without success. This month I was not able to make payment into the card and received a call from your credit card department. The lady informed me that I do have insurance so therefore I do not understand why the claim is not being attended to. This is unacceptable.
