Credit card charges

FNB General Complaint ref *** been sent to Retail Service Recovery ***. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 business hours. I haven't had a conclusion on this matter but I now have received a "rate us " message as if the matter has been concluded .

Money was debited from my business account apparently for my credit card account which was paid up and the amount debited was not reflecting anywhere . They called me twice as athe first person wasn't able to assist . I was told on the second call that they will request a recon which I haven't received since . They did sell me the credit card and a few other products on the premise that I use the credit card to double my ebucks . I have received almost R2000 worth odlf ebucks but was debited close to R6000 in 3 months .

I was told the credit card is 30 day interest free so I mantained it well but stil was charged fees . I have a similar facilty with Nedbank but have never been charged interest or any other charges unnecessarily .
