Credit Card Chaos

Last week Friday (16 March 2018) I accepted received a new credit card from FNB which they added it to my online dashboard. The only problem is that it seems to be already maxed out? I haven't even received the actual card yet.

I immediately reached out via my Premiere banker facility (which is a joke and has always been) to find out what's up. After submitting the secure message they sent me an email and informed me that it would take 48 hours and that I should use the secure chat via the FNB banking app if I require more urgent assistance.

This morning, after the 48 hours I decided to try the secure chat via the banking app to resolve the matter as I do not really have any faith that someone would get back to me in response to the secure message I sent via the online banking app - 48 hours or not. Opened the app and navigated to the secure chat service to only find that it was unavailable, or at least the service was unavailable after every third message sent. In other words, the service was experiencing technical difficulties.

To add injury to insult, the two credit cards I have with FNB and which I can see and manage via online banking seem to be confused or connected in some manner. I transferred a couple of bucks to my existing credit card this morning (credit card A) only to find that it ended up in the new credit card account (credit card B). But only after, I had to attempt to use the barely working secure chat to report that the credit card transfer wasn't reflecting anywhere. After a while, the lady was able to have it reflect in credit card B (took about 10min). I was furious because I needed to use that money for a QUICK lunch.

This leaves me with more questions than answers. Was the new credit card meant to replace the current one? Is the whole service just buggy? Or is it something else? What is happening to your systems?

To conclude. FNB can you please sort your buggy online services out and tell me what the hell is going on with my credit cards.
