Credit card *****

Fnb credit division has inconvenienced me in a big way, an amount of R10 000 and some odds has been debited from my credit card account by something i dont even know and i logged a ***** claim and no one from credit card has contated me with the feedback i feel like fnb does not care about their clients and also even if you have been *****ed fnb does not care about your well being. I really need to use these funds as i had planned and budgeted for them. Can someone who still has a heart help me sort this thing out.
