Credit card / business card queries

My credit card is giving me errors I can’t transact no one can help me. The secure chats are almost useless in all the times I’ve required assistance . My cheque account keeps charging amount that are unexplainable. Even the consultants themselves could never answer . Their services sound amazing but execution is very underwhelming .
