Credit Card Blocked without warning due to FICA update expiry

My Credit has been blocked due to FICA again. This is the second time FNB has done this, without warning, on a Sunday, while queuing to pay. When calling in for help, the banker cannot assist because the KYC department is closed, so they cannot get details on the problem nor help resolve the issue.
