Credit card blocked without any notification

FNB... The full limit of my credit card is still unused, but all transactions are blocked because "I need to submit FICA documents".

Question - how can I even have an account with a bank if you didn't have my proof of address? I have provided it many times in the past.

Seriously? Why did no one reach out to me earlier and say that I needed to submit documents to avoid my card being blocked? Now you just block the card without any notice? Over the weekend? This is unacceptable.

It is no problem for endless FNB sales personel to call me to try and pawn all your other products to me - but you can't be bothered to call a customer before their card is blocked?

If my card is not unblocked within 24 hours, I will just cancel my credit card since you basically already did that for me. I have been a loyal customer of this bank for a long time and this is how you treat your customers?

Utterly disappointed.
