Credit card blocked with no notice

I have been a valued FNB cutomer for a good 12 years and the level of customer servive (or lack thereof) I have recived over the course of the past two weeks is shocking. I tried to access funds from my credit card online, but I received a notification that the card has been blocked. Below is the runaround I have received:

1. Customer care agent informs me bank has blocked my card - Contact fard division.

2. ***** disvision infoms me that it is not blocked because of *****, contact customer care again.

3. Customer care says it was blocked because some documentation needs to be verified ( Note: at no point did FNB even have the courtesy to reply back and inform me that they need updated information, they just go ahead and block my card on the 6th of June; almost a month & no notice)

4.I get the e-mail address I need to send the documentation to ( ********** on Thursday last week, ever since then, it has been radio silence.

It is almost a week and I have not heard a single thing from FNB regarding this. I am absolutely appalled at this level of service. Its shocking !! I have provided my requirements and i am still not able to access MY MONEY from my card. At this point I am very well prepared to change banks. Your service was never this bad in the past, what is the problem exactly, I need a resolution A.S.A.P!!

FNB, Over two weeks later and still this has not been resolved. How long does it really take to verify one's documentation?
