CREDIT CARD BANK CHARGES FNB ASPIRE A/C

for the past three months i have complained about the BANK CHARGES FOR CASH DEPOSITS AT AN ATM but they take more than four days to respond, anyway on the WEBSITE it clearly states that the FIRST R3000.00 CASH DEPOSIT AT AN ATM WILL BE NIL CHARGES thereafter R 1.20 PER R 100.00 will be charged , so i did a deposit and FNB charges CASH DEPOSIT FEES FROM THE FIRST R 100.00 , i complained several times but to deaf ears , i spoke to a MR MABUZA VIA EMAIL BUT HE insists that the bank charges are correct , i even broke down the amount that i should have been charged but they are not willing to CREDIT MY A/C WITH THE OVERCHARGE , it is really VERY VERY VERY bad service from a bank like FNB , i have been a client for the past 30 years , but it does not matter to them. SINCE THE LAST EMAIL EARLY THIS MONTH I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM FNB CLIENT SERVICES , VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
