good day . on the 17 june they deduct R10.000 for my credit card what was rejected but never paid back into my cheque acc. and then R8189.70 went through what is going on with my credit card . every month they deduct the full amount but is always in a minus i haven't use the card in months . i also apply for new card because the old one expired and till today haven't received it. i was the other day 4 hours on the phone just so i can pay some extra money on my card. they told me they handed my credit card over????? for what reason i pay the damn thing every month i want answers my next complaint will go to the OMBUDSMAN
