CREDIT CARD AUTO PAYMENT

The autopayment on my credit card is taking 5 days to clear. Its from my one FNB account to my other FNB account. Never before has this taken so long.

It went off my cheque account, but does not show as available on my credit card. Their secure chat agent even confirmed the transaction went through succesfully. Yet, the money is now laying there for 5 days to clear? But its from FNB to FNB??!!

This leaves me short by thousands of rands over month end.

I have tried to log a complaint via their website, but that doesnt seem to be working as it gives me an error. I have phoned twice this morning. First time I was on hold for almost 8 minutes. Now I have been waiting for 18 minutes already. Pathetic service.
