Credit card approve without application

2 weeks ago I received an sms that my credit limit was increased and that a Private credit card was approve. I did not apply for any credit card for the past 2 months. When I called the call centre I said I want to down grade since I won't earn my maximum Ebucks with the private credit card since I was on a platinum bundle option. Wednesday a consultant phoned me to say that I must signed a quote for the down grade. Now there are already 3 credit cards linked to my profile. Can you please reinstate my account as it was before your system decided to automatically issue me a Private credit card. I only want my original credit card Nothing else. And can you please ensure thar my Ebucks for this month is correctly calculated as none of these is an error on my part. And nobody can tell me why was the private credit card issued without me applying for it. I called Thursday the call centre and was assured that my Premier Banker will phone me today but I did not received any call. Please sort out this mess.
