Credit Card - App**** then cancelled application and it's now reflecting on my TransUnion profile

I app**** for a credit card with FNB when I opened up my cheque account. It took weeks of back and forth of me sending them relevant documents, and continuously asking me to resend documents. After more than a month of struggling, I requested a cancellation of the application.

The card already reflected on my banking profile, which I then requested they removed. Then a initiation fee was charged on my cheque account for this credit card. I then contacted FNB via facebook, and they organized a refund - I also requested they remove this credit card from my profile. They did not. Again a initiation fee went off on my account and I again requested a refund and that they remove the profile. They then refunded me and removed the non-existent credit card off my profile.

Last week I pulled a TransUnion report and found that this credit card was listed as debt I have.

I again emailed FNB support to have this removed, to which I got a reply that it would be handed over to the correct party. I have still not received a call, or email regarding this.

I need this removed or I will take matters further.
