Credit Card Application issues
Good Day

My wife has app**** for a credit card with First national bank on Monday 13th of April 2015 and was told it would take 3 days to process the application. After 4 days we made an inquire only to find out that the application can't be processed as I as her husband had not gave permissions to allow her to apply for the credit card. When she did the application initially she asked if I had to sign any documentation they informed her this was not necessary. I then went to the nearest FNB branch to sign the document. I was informed that they would resubmit and it would take other 3 business days, were I was informed that Saturday is considered a business day now by the staff at the FNB branch. However when my wife made an inquire on Saturday we were then informed that this was incorrect.

Today Monday the 20th of April 2015 my wife received a message that the application was approved and that she had to contact them to set the account. After a few calls they had informed her that this was not correct and they had not even looked at the application and would see if they would get to it today.

Is this the type of ******* service I can expect from First National Bank now?
