Credit card application is a mess

I still do not understand the application process for credit cards, other banks are able to approve us but FNB will give a decline without giving you an option to choose your limit on top of that when you call you get transferred from pillar to post. As a bank you need to consider your application process and qualifying criteria njee, i cannot be declined for a credit card on the app where I need only a limit for R1500 but pre approved for a long term loan of R93000..
