credit card application done in 2008 still pending

Okay application credit was taken in 2008 which didn't get approved due to unpaid accounts so it was than sorted in 2012. FNB stopped debiting for no reason. 1 month ago decided to apply again which AGAIN UNPAID ACC. I owed FNB since 2012. Stupid staff can't give me an explanation as to why they didn't debit. So I said fine. Take it off because can't argue with ******. Received a letter to say my name is cleared and sent it to head office but they said need to go into a brunch which I did but they still had to call retentions which I initially did. Now it's 2 weeks later n this dom clowns say they can't sort it out, so from retentions to cardcollections back tp rententions den dey put da fone down which kept me in hold n Dan cut the call. All I can say... Bunch of illiterate clown. Only reason why dealing with FNB is because partner suggested. If no call is received by FNB, you guys can gladly know a mail will be sent to the CEO n not dealing with you guys.
