Credit card application declined

I bank with FNB for years and have both my personal and business accounts with them. After alot of effort, FNB declined a credit card and are not willing to give me credit. I app**** with another bank and without any effort at all, It gives me a good reason to rather move my accounts to a bank who looks after their customers and try to help them. FNB is not the one.
