Credit card Application

I am an FNB client for decades. Around 2007 I had closed my credit card.I currently have vehicle financé for 3years,personal Loan, cheque account an an overdraft facility. For the past 6 months I have been trying to open à credit card account which was approved but no headway was made. The only reliable consultant that got to the reason as to why is Hushen Singh from Phoenix plaza branch. It seems that when i had closed my original credit card account this was not closed off on the banks system. After he had addressed this with recevant department I recieved an email this was resolved an I can now go ahead an apply. I recieved à call from the call Centre who advised it is approved subject to me going into the bank with salary slips. I went into branch this week an Hushen tried again, he provided me with the qoutation verbally of what the system allowed however he was unable to print the application. He called services Who had to cancel thé qoute an he was made to try again. Same issue. He called services again and no one seemed to know why this was happening he was transféred to various départments once Alain. Even though i have an email confirmation issue was resolved it seems it still isnt. Today i recieved an sms application is denied. I am currently a very unhappy customer an am considering moving my services if i do not reçieve answers. If one consultant could take time to get to the bottom why on the back end doesnt anyone seem to know what is going on. I find this inacceptable as on the back end of the bussiness should be extremely competent employees. Can someone get in touch with me with proper answers ASAP.
