Credit Card Application

I submitted an online application for a credit card and it's been nearly three weeks without any communication from the company. Despite reaching out to their call center through secure chat and phone calls, I was informed that the card would be delivered by couriers. However, upon contacting the courier service, they have no record of a credit card delivery in my name.
