Credit card *****

I had 3 transactions on my credit card that I am not aware of but the bank can't help me to reverse them instead they taking the part of the company that charged me. I am a customer of FNB for over 40 years and this is for me totally unacceptable. With all the *****ulent transactions out there how are we going to be protected by our banks.
