Credit Card account opened again after closed!
Hi FNB,
I closed my Credit Card account on the 31/01/2019 with a huge hassle, and just saw Right Now that it has been reopened with a R1.00 available balance?
Your Call Center is useless just tell me to send an email to the same email address that I have send a statement request for this Credit Card Account 14 Days ago and still waiting!!!
Why is it opened again, I did closed it? Who is going to take responsibility for the risk for any unauthorized transactions ?????
Just closed the account, and keep it closed!!
