Credit Card account debited wrongly

I went on my Online banking like I always do, and there I see my credit card has been debited with R550, of which a courier fee of R200 was debited twice! This R200 fee was not mentioned to be on the call that one of their consultants made to me. I want the recording of that call for prove.<br> <br> The other R150 was debited for an activation fee, but on my statement it is stated that my activation fee only consists of a R135 fee with a monthly fee of R23.<br> <br> This needs to be changed and seen to as soon as possible, as if the Bank does not make enough money from all its clients, now they just take what they want.<br> <br> Not with me!<br> <br> Im waiting on one of your consultants to phone.
