Credit Card *****

I have reported a *****ulent activity that occurred during December 19th 2024 on my credit card, I have since been left in the dark however they promised to pay out my money but till today 16.01.25 nothing has ever reflected back into my account. I entrusted them with my money but they cannot render a professional service to their client.
