Credit card

I closed my credit card account in December was sent an email to state I will receive my account closure letter in 72 hours.

I have followed up numerous times.

The agents dont reply, their complaints department is just as pathetic. I dont know why I ever banked with them.

A simple letter is too much of work for them.

In this day and age where people should have evolved in customer service.. extremely annoyed
