credit card

I app**** for a credit card on my account. It was approved and they mailed me the pre agreement and everything. So I sign it mail it back and here I am 3 weeks later. Card have been loaded onto my internet banking everything but still no cards. I have been phoning fnb everyday to no avail as everytime they say we are still busy with it. But I mean how if I signed everything mailed everything and cards has already been loaded onto my account how long must I still wait for my cards. Been banking with fnb for a long time and always happy but this disappoints me.
