Credit bureaus

I have been trying without success to have FNB's assistance with regards to clearing my name on the credit bureaus for the Judgment and an "active status" credit card which was long paid up and closed. They only issued me with paid up letters after a struggle and told me that it was sorted and my name is cleared. I have written countless emails and made a million calls but i always meet a dead end.
