Credit bureau not updated

FNB credit is quick to put negative information on the credit bureau but when a consumer honours the agreement they fail to update the information on the credit bureau. While they themselves know they use this information robotically to determine a consumer's creditworthiness.

I have been diligently been paying the debt for more than 6 months, but even when I have just settled the credit card account, my credit bureau profile shows my payments as 150 days late.

I would like this information corrected immediately before I escalate this to the ombudsman.
