Credit Bureau Negative Reflection for a paid up balance

In Dec 2019 I took out a temp loan offered to me by FNB for R3390 which was debited and paid in full 30days later. In May 2020 i tried to apply for something elsewhere to which it was declined due to an outstanding balance for a temp loan on my credit profile. I went and checked my profile only to see that there is an outstanding balance for this temp loan which was already paid! I immediately logged a dispute with FNB as well as with the credit bureau. A month later (June 2020) I received an email to advise that the account has been updated and closed on my Bureau. November 2020 i try and apply again_ and same issue, there is a balance of R3390 for a 2019 temp loan from FNB (already fully paid) reflecting on my bureau. I then called FNB contract centre and was advised to wait 10 working days as they will again send instructing to have this closed. I am extremely disappointed that an amount which was paid/debited on time still reflects almost a year later on my profile_ which obviously in turn reduces my chances of applying for any form of finance/credit as this amount R3390 adds to my monthly commitments and it's been paid up months ago. Very Very disappointing
