Credit bureau details incorrect

Good day Could I kindly have assistance with the updating if my current outstanding balance on my personal koan with the relevant credit bureau please.

The current outstanding balance owed is R 33 772.62 and nor R 54 272.00 as reflected with transunion and experian

I am told that this higher reflected outstanding balance is affecting my credit score negatively yet means is made every month to reduce the balance and settle the outstanding loan in full

I contacted the fnb personal loan call centre who ha sadvised me that this cannot be done

This is unacceptable as the records need to updated monthly. In January year one of the call centre agents assisted me and now I am being told a different story
