<p>I settled account *** on 29 July 2016 ,to my suprise this account is still open even today at ITC. I called FNB on 16 August to close this account and i got this letter from my banker</p> <p>Dear Miss T A Dubazane<br />Re: Account settlement confirmation<br />FNB Loans hereby confirms receipt of the settlement payment for loan account number ***.<br />Provided that there are no disputes or outstanding payments due on this account, a final paid up letter will be sent to you within 45 working days.<br />This settlement relates to the aforementioned account number only, and does not affect any other credit agreements that you the customer may have with FirstRand Bank Limited.</p> <p> </p> <p>FNB i dont want to wait for 45 days of yours,you mean when you apply for a loan does it take 45 days to list it now on ITC?</p> <p>I just want this account to be closed ASAP</p>
