Credit balance on credit card account closed not transferred into my bank account

I closed down my credit card and had a credit balance in the account. I was asked to submit my banking details when I app**** to close the account which I did but the account was closed and the credit balance was not transferred into my account. I followed up and was asked to submit my banking details which I did for the 3rd time but still amount has not been paid. This is poor customer care of the highest order. Would the bank have closed my account if it was in arrears?

I got a call from one of your consultants and she said the amount was processed for payment on Thursday, 18th June 2020 but to date, 21st June 2020 nothing has received and this is the same trend that your team exhibited when I sent the request for closure of the account, delays upon delays

I never believed you guys were such ***********.

After two weeks of closing down my account and still to date my credit amount has not been transferred into my account after I have sent all the documents

you guys have requested.

This is the worst service I have ever received from a bank.

Please don't ask me to send my details as I have sent that same information over and over again. You guys must just pay my money into my account.
