Credit Account Added To Banking Profile

I was offered the option of an FNB's Aspire Credit Card when I was on their online banking site and app****. The writing on the form for terms and conditions was tiny and unreadable and the website was unresponsive when I tried to exit. I had no idea if I managed to exit or not.

Despite this, to my surprise, I saw that a new Credit Account has now been added to my online banking profile. But the account doesn't seem to be active. Everything is set at zero. There is no indication of what to do to activate the account. I've received no emails or messages about this.

I see that there is a theoretical card linked to the account with an expiry date and a card number. However, again, there was no indication of when or if FNB will deliver the card.

I'm also concerned because my address changed slightly from when I first opened my online banking profile - I am still at the same apartment building and street address as when I opened the account. But I'm in a different apartment number.

So obviosly I want them to deliver the card (if there is a card?) to the right apartment. However, I cannot update my address on the online banking site and there recommended steps to update one's personal details appear to be outdated/not relevant to the new site design and layout.

I tried to contact FNB directly through their Contact Us options and filled out a form but their submit button doesn't work. Therefore I cannot submit my query directly to them.

So this has forced me to reach out via Hello Peter. If the Credit Account remains inactive, I'm fine with that too. I chiefly want this confusion cleared up and to know that for security reasons, a credit card is not going to be delivered to the wrong person.
