Crazy unknown charges

I am extremely disappointed with the recent charges made to my account , I was charged so much money for declined fees I keep sharing I know nothing about as I have no Apple subscriptions which they shared are from Apple. I have tried to reach out to the company for clarification and assistance, but I have received unhelpful feedback.

As a paying customer, I expect transparency and fair billing practices. I am now forced to escalate this matter publicly because my concerns have not been addressed through proper channels. I am requesting that these charges be investigated and reversed immediately.
