Crazy system, no confidence in their own App
Pathetic Service. making an online purchase, and approving the payment on the app, FNB still blocks the payment from going through. crazy, all the system in place for approval and veryfication on the app and they still block the transaction!!! makes no sense. And when you request a senior manager to call you to discuss, they do not bother

22 Mar 2021, 15:25Had contact from the bank and instead of acknowledgement of shortcomings of their system, now want to hold me responsible for ********** transactions, which is why the app approval is there for!! No response from Snr Management, just a brush off!!!
